This means the advertiser who places a 125x125 banner ad on your blog is estimated to get 300 unique visitors (10 x 30) monthly. If you think each unique visitor that you direct to your advertiser should cost $0.30, then the price for a 125 x 125 banner ad on your blog will be $90 per month (300 x $0.30). $90 for 300 unique visitors every month, seems reasonable enough right. But you certainly can charge more if you are in a highly profitable niches such as Forex, debt consolidation and etc.

By setting your price based on the traffic level, you can also avoid over-charging for different ad space on your blog. For instance, a 468 x 60 banner ad on the header of your blog seems to be expensive than a 125 x 125 banner ad at the top right sidebar because the 468x60 banner ad is located at a higher position. The first W - Who - covers you. Who are you, why are you doing this, and what makes you stand out to prospective readers. They want your personality to shine through in your blog posts.

The second W - What - is fairly self explanatory. The way the internet is set up, you can blog about literally anything, but make sure to establish an identity. Don't blog about quilting for a week, and then change topic and start blogging about how to establish peace in the Middle East the next. Unless you can find a way to blend the two. If you can combine two widely different topics, you might be able to establish yourself that way, but it's a task that may prove unsuccessful.

The third W - When - is more about when you post, then the time frame of the subject you're covering. It's important to be as prolific as possible when blogging in order to keep whatever audience you've managed to build. Posting once every two months isn't enough. Do it at least once a day.

The Fourth W - Where - applies to where you choose to market your particular blog. You could be the foremost expert on a subject, but if you're unable to get out the word on your blog, no one will ever read it. Message boards that cover your topic are a good place to start, as well as specialized sections of social media such as Digg will gain readers, as long as you're topical.

The final W - Why - is also fairly self explanatory. Why are you blogging? What drives you to continue to post? How I Got My Blog Deleted and Restored by Blogger.com

Last week was really a nightmare to me. On the last Wednesday morning when I was about to publish a new blog post to http://moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com, I experienced an error of publication. I checked around in the Blogger dashboard to see what's happening and found that my blog has been detected by the Blogger's Spam-Prevention Robot as 'Spam'. And the system suspended my blog immediately as well. I wasn't panic when I first see this because I have experienced the similar case before. So, I went ahead to click on the 'Restore link' which show up after my blog being suspended. After clicking the 'Restore link', a request was sent automatically to the Blogger team to review my blog and have the blog restored.

Then after about 5 minute I can't seem to use the Blogger Dashboard anymore. So I tried to login to my Blogger account again. I can't get in. There is an error message said that my Blogger account has been disabled. At this moment, I started worrying so I checked my Inbox and read a new email received from Blogger.com. The email said my blog http://moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com has been reviewed and permanently deleted.

I'm so disappointed and hard to accept the lost of the blog. My mood down to the bottom. I can't seem to do anything because the email from Blogger team said Moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com has been permanently deleted.

Guest what I found a guy that was managed to get his blog restored after deleted! He contacted the Blogger team in IT department. Someone in Blogger.com replied his request and restored his blog. When I read this, I'm feeling a little hope. I went ahead to send an email to the Blogger team to ask that if it is still possible to have my blog back online. I also apologize for any spam that I might have done unintentionally.

Few days later I was able to login to my Blogger account again but the blog http://moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com still hasn't restored. I clicked the 'Restore Link' in my Blogger account again to have another restore request sent automatically to Blogger.com. This time really works. Within about 10 hours, I checked that my blog is up again. Oh man! I'm so excited when I first saw my blog is back online. I thank a million to the Blogger team.

This is how I got my blog deleted and restored.

If you have the same situation and you are sure that your Blogspot blog isn't violated any term and condition of Blogger, I would suggest you send a polite email to the Blogger team to request your blog to be restored.

Till now I not sure if my blog was really violated any rule or policy of Blogger.com and causes the deletion. Over at Griz's blog, How to Make Money for Beginners, Griz pointed out that the possible reason is due to AdSense optimization of the blog which causes Moneymakerinfo.blogspot.com detected as spam and deleted. This may be the reason. Griz gave some good points about how Blospot blogs can get banned. Blogspot blogs that Made-for-AdSense (MFA) would certainly be deleted. But how to determine a blog or site is MFA, this is still in question. A blog that lacks of content with a lot of AdSense ads is obviously MFA. But for the blogs that contains loads of content and fully optimize with AdSense, will they be seen as MFA as well? Well it's hard to tell. But the best thing we can do is always making sure that our blog or site isn't against any policy should you use AdSense or Blogger.com to make money onlne.

If you’re like many internet entrepreneurs, you probably have a few extra domain names lying around that you’re not actually using– domains from defunct websites, website ideas that never came to be, or tracking domains used in advertising campaigns. Like forgotten treasures uncovered in the attic, your unused domain names can be a great way to earn a little extra money online.

Selling your unused domain names can be one of the easiest and cheapest ways to make money online: there’s no expenditure required beyond a few bucks for registration fees, and the only work required is a bit of research and setting up a few accounts. Let me walk you through the process.

As they say, every mother finds her child beautiful, but in order to sell for a good price your domain names need to appeal to others as well. Here are some tricks to find out if your domain name is trash or treasure:

1. Estibot.com will give you a free automated appraisal based upon several common metrics. For example, Estibot’s report values the domain for my site MakingMoneyOnline.com at $30,000 – not too shabby!

2. Use Google’s Keyword Suggestion Tool to determine if people are searching for the keywords in your domain, and how much advertisers are willing to pay for a single visitor in that space. Anything over 1,000 exact match searches and at least $0.50 per visitor is starting to be interesting, though more is better. “Making money online” gets nearly 50,000 exact match searches a month, with each vistor worth $2.66 on average.

3. Check to see if similar domains are already taken. NameStation will let you check almost 40 popular domain extensions in a single query. If you own the .com and most other extensions are taken, your name is likely valuable. NameStation finds “Making Money Online” regisered in 22 extensions and available in 16 (mostly non-English speaking country extensions).

Even if the results from the above research isn’t looking good, you may still want to try putting the domain up for sale until your existing registration period runs out. You never know, someone may find a swan in your ugly duckling.

Avoid paying a listing fee to sell your domains – the most popular marketplaces will only charge you a commision if they are successful selling your domain name. I recommend creating an account and listing your domain for sale at three of the largest domain marketplaces:
1. Sedo.com – the largest domain name marketplace with over 10 million listings, Sedo sells thousands of domains each month, and charges a 10% commission if they sell your domain.
2. GoDaddy Auctions – GoDaddy is the most popular domain registrar in the world, so it makes sense to go where the buyers are. A standard listing costs $4.99/ yr. for membership plus a 5-7% commission fee.

3. The AfternicDLS will let you sell your domains at popular domain auction site Afternic.com, as well as several partner websites across the web. Membership costs $19.95 per year, plus a commission fee of 10-20%.

Everyone’s heard of blockbuster paydays like the $3 million sale of Vodka.com, or Fund.com for $10 million. Most domain names aren’t worth a fraction of that amount. The average domain sold on marketplaces like Sedo or Afternic goes for about $1,500 – $2,000. Unless you own a highly-searched one or two-word dot-com domain, you can probably expect to earn anywhere from a few hundred to a few thousand for each of your domains. But hey– it’s easy money, and a heck of a lot better than the zero dollars you get if you let your valuable domains expire..

There is no point learning everything under the sun, going to every seminar known to man and when it comes down to it not actually doing anything with what you know!
There is this thing called knowledge overload! If you don’t actually do anything with what you know the time will come when you want to do something with what you have learned and you start to get muddled up as you have to much information in your mind! Then you have to then go through the course again, which as you can imagine is very time consuming.

There are three types of Internet Marketer:

1. Those that buy everything and don’t even finish going through what is taught.
2. Those who buy products and courses go through them and then go and buy more and more.
3. Those that buy a course or product go through it and implement what is taught and actually see results from this.

Believe me now you want to be the last type! Your maybe asking yourself though I don’t buy products or courses. Well if that’s not the case then am sure your reading articles, blogs listening to free material etc and still not doing anything with the information you know!
Trust me when I say you can have as much knowledge as knowledge can be, but if you do nothing with it then the knowledge is powerless. The sooner you take this message on board the better!

So once you get past the stage and are actually ready to take action guess what there then comes another huge brick wall in front of you and you know what that is? DISTRACTIONS!

Distractions can hinder anyone’s progress in anyway not just as an Internet Marketer. You have to see it like this, once you sit down by your computer or laptop how many distractions are around you? Here’s a list of some of them:

* The Internet
* Instant Messenger
* TV
* Phone
* Others in your household

They are what can easily hinder your progression online, I am not saying to get rid of them for good but there are ways in how you can put away these distractions.

The Internet & Instant messenger
The best thing to do unless you need to use the Internet is to just basically turn it off! If your working on a new product, writing email sequences, blog posts etc then what you need to do is gather all your information from the Internet first of and then just switch it off. Trust me this is what made me become more productive and I just seem to get so much more done with this. You do not realize but even if you are doing some research on the net you usually seem to drift and become “too involved” with what is going on. So for example you could be doing some research on a forum, your reading a post then you see a signature box that stands out to you; you then go and click the sig box which leads you to opt in for a free report. You then read the report and guess what you have neglected what you was actually doing in the first place! So what you do is set 5-10 minutes aside for research switch your Internet and instant messenger off and then sit down and concentrate with the task at hand.

TV & Phone
Nothing different here also all you need to do is… TURN it off! It is as simple as that. If someone rings you for a long chat tell them you are busy and will return their call later on. What you have to think again here is if you are in the middle of writing and then you get chatting on the phone, you are going lose that momentum and flow that you had going. The TV is worse as every time you look at the TV screen you are loosing momentum, so the truth is with the TV you are actually not getting any momentum and you will find it harder to work when you have something such as Family Guy on in the back J

People around you
Now this is not as easy as the other two, which is to “turn it off” as it does not work on humans! First things first you want to make sure you are in an area where you cannot be disturbed. Then just let everyone around you know that you will be busy for an hour or so, so that no one bothers you.

I hope you have took a lot from this post and you start to put it into action as you will start see taking action and getting started is the way forward.

In seconds you will have a huge list of related keywords with how many times people have searched for those keywords in Youtube in the past month. Take the keywords with fairly high volume of searches, head over to Youtube and put any of those keywords in the search box at the top of the page then click the button to search. The videos displayed in that search result are the popular videos getting all the traffic when people search for those high search volume keywords . These are the videos you will be piggybacking to get your own share of the traffic and I will show you how to do it rightly. You will get traffic from those videos in 2 ways: Related videos and Video response.

1. Related videos: Every video shown on Youtube has a section at the right hand side of the video page where links to other videos related to that video are displayed and the related videos are chosen based on the titles more closely related to the main video title. Now to get your video displayed at the related video section of the popular video selected you must make sure you make your video related to that popular video then, choose a closer related title for your video. Eg If the title of the popular video is “Sex In The Class Room” You could title your own video “Sex In The Classroom Block” or any other related title. Just be creative and use your imagination in this case. In the description part of your video try to include 2 or more of your main keywords in the sentence describing your video. This is because Youtube search engine is based primarily on title and description so the more of your keywords you have in them the better the chances of your video appearing in the search results. Finally is the tagging part. Add as many tags (keywords) as possible from the list you got when you researched your keyword in the Youtube keyword tool. This is mostly done for search engine ranking since Google, Yahoo and Bing search engines tend to rank videos higher in their results. You can also copy tags from the popular video you are piggybacking. To see the tags those videos are using click the “more info” link at the right hand side of the video page just below the profile picture.

2. Video response: This posts your video below the popular video you are targeting and all you will be required to do is click on the video response link just below the popular video while it plays and a link will appear that asks you to post video response. If the video has responses already you can then just click on the “post a video response” link and post your video. There are 3 options to posting a response. You can create the video right there, upload from the one saved on your computer or select any of the videos already in your account. Your video response in most cases will require the approval of the video owner before it appears as a video response so make sure it is related to your target popular video and it sure will be approved. Go for popular videos that have zero to not too many video responses posted to it already so you could ride the traffic wave before it becomes saturated with more and more video responses. I personally go for those with 0 – 5 video responses. You can get that chance if the video is still new like 1 – 7 days old in the network. Some of these popular videos get up to 100,000 daily views and even more in some cases so think of how much of that you can share. One video cannot be posted twice as video response so be careful while choosing where to post your video for better traffic.

Youtube network is designed in a way that the more views and ratings your video gets the higher it is ranked in the search result for the keyword in the title and description. The reason you need to apply the above tactics is to have that first rush of views after which the views starts coming naturally in huge quantities and your video could end up becoming one of those popular videos which results in higher ranking in Google search engine for your chosen keywords.

Hint: Youtube will freeze your view count when it reaches 300 to verify they are real and not fraudulent views from some robots or something similar. When that happens don’t panic as it only lasts for about 24 hrs and it will be released again.

So how does all these make you money? You will be displaying your affiliate links in the videos as well as in the description so your viewers will be compelled to click on them and visit your affiliate site and when they buy stuff you make some tidy commissions. This is one reason why you should use catchy names for your links. How to Make Money The Right Way With Niche Markets

When I first started off learning about SEO and all the various strategies on building an online business, I have to say I was very confused on exactly where and what to focus my time on. You see, I found a lot of websites provided superficial advice, but really lacked the substance when it came to telling or showing me, a step by step approach. Can you relate?

Depending on which advice you follow, it will be the difference between making money online or not. Like any business, yes even an internet marketing business, you need to invest time in learning some new skill sets.

Why is the Failure Rate so high in Internet Marketing

There are many factors that contribute to the failure rate. However, I found one of the core reasons people fail, is because of the wrong keyword strategy. Based on all the crap I have seen and read, it really comes to down to your initial keyword selection as the pivotal point for success or failure.

Ok, lets just cut to the chase and make this simple. Stop chasing big keywords like, make money online and home based business when you are just starting out.

So, what is the right keyword strategy?

Laser Targeted Niche Markets

Let's look at a concrete example on what I mean by drilling down in your niche market.

First, go to Google's free keyword tool selector here.

Step 1 - enter a primary keyword like, home based business
Step 2 - look down your list to see all the long tail keywords
Step 3 - Say you pick, starting a home based business
Step 4 - Now take that long tail keyword and enter that phrase above where you initially entered home based business to get new results.
Step 5 - This is what I call drilling down in your niche market. You will get a whole new list of long tail keywords and results.
Step 6 - You keep drilling down until you find a long tail keyword that has low competition, yet still has reasonable monthly search results.

There are several pieces of information that you need to keep in mind when deciding on long tail keywords. First, I look for monthly search results in the range of at least 1k to 5k. Sure you could have more, but this is just an example and its a good starting place. Second, I need to see what the actual competition is going to be. So, enter that long tail keyword term in quotation marks. With quotation marks, it will give me a clearer picture of what my true competition is like. Third, when looking at the search results, I am looking for results on page 1 with actual articles and not just the home page showing up.

Here's why I look for articles in my results. I know that beating an article on page 1 will typically be easier than trying to out rank a website. I won't stop there either, because one other element you need to know about is the number of back links or strength of the results on page 1.

Go to Google first, enter the following format in the search field:

link:yourwebsitename.com and hit enter

You don't need the http or www part, but you need to enter that format. This is constantly in flux, so the results that you see, will not be 100% accurate or up to date. For example, say your results come back showing that particular URL has 10 back links showing on Google. You know that it will require some work. However, if no results show up, meaning no back links show up, then its a good indicator initially, that you may have found a low competitive term that you could easily rank for on page 1.

Now go to Yahoo, do the same thing with the link format above. In Yahoo, you will typically see more results, which is good. Because now I have a better picture on how many back links are showing up for that particular URL. If your results only show a few back links in Yahoo, then it might be a good indicator that again this is a good keyword phrase to go after.

One other point before moving on about the number of back links, is to keep in mind where the actual back links are coming from. If they happen to be coming from a site that is on page 1 and say with a page rank of 6 or 7, then you should realize that its a very strong back link. Page rank is not as important as it used to be, but its still an indicator that Google will factor in.

Is your Niche Market Profitable?

Just a couple of things to keep in mind when you are looking at your results to decide whether or not a particular keyword or phrase is worthwhile to go after or not. We need to analyze how profitable it will be. After your initial results, you will see a number of columns and results. Just below the captcha form, you will see something called, "Choose columns to display". On the drop down menu, select "Show Estimated Avg. CPC." This will show you what advertisers are willing to pay per click.

Also, beside the Global Monthly Search Volume, there is another drop menu called, "Match Type". You should click on that and select Exact. You want to know exactly how many searches there are per month.

As a general rule of thumb, I will only go with CPC value's higher than $1. In many cases, it will need to be $2 and above. The reason is because you will only get a small percentage of that amount when someone clicks on the ad. For example, say you pick a term that gets $1 per click. Expect to only get 10 or 20 cents for that click. Hence, the reason for not going after ads lower than that value. Yes, you certainly can, but how many clicks will you need to get if you only receive 5 cents versus 50 cents or $1 per click?

Lets look at an example of how I would calculate whether or not my long tail keyword is viable or not.

Going back to the above example using "starting a home based business", I see there are 2400 searches per month. Now take that figure and multiple it by the CPC value to get an overall initial value.

2400 x $3.62 per click = $8688

I know that this value is not our total potential from an internet marketing aspect. In actuality, we won't ever get 100% of that value. If we are in the number 1 position, we get approximately 40% give or take a few percentage points.

Our new revised figure;

$2400 x $3.62 = $8688 x (40%) = $3475.20 potential

Wait, there's still more to this calculation. We will only see a percentage from the $3475.20 because Google will get their cut etc. So, in reality, we are likely going to get anywhere from 10 to 25% of that amount and only about 5% of people coming to our site for that keyword term will even click on an Ad.

$3475.20 x 25% = $868.80 x 5% = $43.44

You might be thinking, that's a lot of work for $43 bucks a month and you would be right. But you need to look at the overall strategy and what we would actually do. That's only 1 long tail keyword phrase. It doesn't include the dozens of other related terms you could go after. What if over time, you had page 1 rankings on 20, 30, or more keyword terms?

30 terms x $43.44 = $1303.20 monthly potential

What I look at is the total potential value of all the keywords added up in that particular niche. Remember, some of the long tail keywords you go after might only take a handful of backlinks to get ranked on page 1. I haven't even talked about niche marketing strategies using affiliate products or other Ad companies like Chitika. You see, this is just 1 strategy, but the nice thing about once you are ranking on page 1, you won't need to do a lot to stay there. You may stay there and never have to do another thing with getting back links or you might occasionally have to write up an article and post it at an article directory for another back link.

The point of using Google Adsense, is once you achieve your page 1 results, many times you can set it and forget it. The money will keep rolling in and you move onto other projects. That's why I like Adsense. However, its not the only thing you should include as a strategy in your niche marketing.

There are times when I will go after a term and use an affiliate product like article spinners as an example. My Adsense revenue might be 50 cents or $1 per click, but selling 1 article rewriter might bring in $30 for a sale. You can go to Clickbank and open an account. They have thousands of products to choose from. There are all kinds of good affiliate programs that you can promote.

More Ads are Adding into the Google AdSense Content Network

I received an email from Google AdSense team yesterday announcing that Google is going to allow Google-certified ad networks to compete with AdWords advertisers to show their ads on the AdSense Content network. I'm sure every AdSense publisher have got this email.

This seems to be a good news to the webmasters and bloggers who use AdSense to make money on their site. The AdSense publishers used to display ads of advertisers from Google AdWords network only, allowing other advertising networks to compete with Google AdWords advertisers for ad exposure could lead to more high paid ads to be shown on the AdSense publishers' site. So the AdSense publishers can earn higher pay per ad click which means higher AdSense earning.

But, anyway this is just a little theory I came up on my mind, not sure this will happen. I'll be monitoring my AdSense account to see if there is any positive impact. But one thing that can be confirmed is that the AdSense publishers will have more ads to shown to their website visitors.

Remember, you need to check page 1 and see what your actual competition is like. I'm always looking out for keywords that have articles on page 1 for results. If its only web sites on the first page, I might be in for a lot of competition.

I can't stress enough, how important this phase is to your overall success. Keyword research is one of the 2 most important elements to making money or not online. You really need to invest the time at this stage and look at all of the factors before just picking one that sounds good. Pick the wrong keywords or go after the big ones with lots of competition, you will likely end up belonging to the 95% club. Those are the ones that don't make money. It also doesn't mean you point all of the internal links back to your home page either. You may as an example, point 10 percent of your links back to the home page. This is just an example and you will need to experiment with this figure to see how your results go. The stronger your internal link structure is, the stronger your overall website will be.

One other tip to remember, is that I only submit 5 to 10 posts to each place. In my view, its the law of diminishing returns. The search engines will only assign you so much SEO link juice from each directory. Besides, you need to include as part of your overall approach, making comments at numerous do follow boards, blogs and making some guest article posting at authority sites. I've done that and it provides you a quality back link.

Now before moving on, I need to stress the importance of getting one way back links. This is where you will be spending most of your time in getting your website ranking for your keyword terms. I would look at spending 80 to 90 percent of your time writing content and posting it all over the place. Too many people spend time making their website look pretty and that's fine, but is that bringing you any traffic? Probably not - right? Focus your time and energy on activities that produce results.

4 Steps to Make Money Online Without Spending a Dime?

Join an affiliate program. If you are a beginner clickbank will be a good option. Pick a product to promote that gives you more than $20 per sale with a gravity 30-150. Go to google keyword tool and search the product name. It must have some search volume or if the products are new the niche should have a good search volume.

Step 2
Keyword Research

Keyword research is the most important step here. If you fail here, your entire strategy will fail. Don't panic, I will show you exactly how to pick winning keywords every time. Here's what all you should look for a keyword

1. The keyword should have more than 1000 searches on exact match types in Google keyword tool

2. The competing pages for the keyword should be below 30,000. To find the competition go to google and type your keyword in quotes. For example if your keyword is strength training system, search it with quotes, "strength training system" and if the result google gives is less than 30,000 it is not much competitive.

3. Next we have to look at the strength of the top 10 pages on google for the keyword without quotes. This is a crucial step that most newbie internet marketers ignore. If the top ten pages are with authority sites and wikipedia or about.com and if they have optimized for the keyword, ignore it and search for another keyword. If the top ten pages contain ezine articles, web 2.0's like hubpages and squidoo, then go on to the next step.

4. The final step is to analyze the baclinks of the top ten pages. For that go to Yahoo Site Explorer and enter the url of the top pages. As a general guide line average backlinks should be about 100 and there should be pages ranking in top ten with less than 50 backlinks.

If your keywords meet all these four requirements, then you have picked up a winning keyword that can be ranked in the first page of google without much difficulty.

Step 3
Creating The Content

1. Next you have to write a 300-500 words article with the keyword in the title. Also include the keyword in the first sentence, middle and towards the end of the article. Also do not forget to include the url to the products you are promoting in the article!

2. Three places I highly recommend to submit the articles are hubpages, squidoo and articlebase. Google loves these sites and they have a great authority in the eyes of google. So it is very easy to achieve rankings fast. And most importantly for a beginner, these are absolutely free! So submit the article to any one of these sites linking back to your product.

Step 4
Building Backlinks

Building backlinks are the key to top rankings and also the most difficult task. Even some of the articles you created using the above methods can rank highly without any backlinks but some needs quality backlinks to boost the rankings. So here are the methods that I used to build backlinks without much difficulty.

1. Forum Posts - Finding a forum with high pagerank in your niche will be a difficult task at first, but after finding things become easy. All you need is to put the article url in the forum signature with anchor text as your keyword. After that participate in the forum giving relevant posts. Also read the forum rules. Some forums need you to make 10 or 15 posts before including links.

2. Blog Commenting - Search google for "do follow blogs" or "do follow blog directories" and you will end up with a lot of blogs which allows do follow comments, which means that you will get the link juice. Post comment on these blogs with the keyword in the place of name and the article url in the place of website. After the comment approval you will get a valuable backlink

3. Answers - Post relevant answers to the below sites with a link back to your article. Some of my favorites are -

* Yahoo Answers (no follow, but high authority in the eyes of google)
* Yedda.com
* Blurtit.com
* Unasked.com
* Answerbag.com

Do not spam these sites. Contribute to the community or else they will make the links do follow and you will lose your valuable backlinks.

4. Articles Submission - These are my least favourite (I'm lazy to write 400 word articles for backlinks) and I will only use them if the sites are not getting top rankings. Some sites I submit the articles are -

* Ezine Articles (You can also use this for your main article, but the disadvantage is that it tooks a long time to approve the articles, about 5-7 days and ezines will only allows one link in the article body, but articlebase allows 3 links in article body and approves within 48 hours)

* Buzzle
* Go Articles

If you complete all these steps, you can achieve a top google ranking and will get lots of traffic and sales without spending a dime on advertising.

In essence you are using a great marketing tactic where you will offer an item worth thousands of dollars at a low starting bid of $50 or less. This will guaranteed that you attract and bring in many potential buyers looking to steal a deal. The catch is that since you have your reserve price in place, you won’t have to sell your item unless the final bid matches or surpasses that amount. All the while, you are using a marketing gimmick designed to simply get customers to 'set their foot in the door'.

Providing as many details as possible when describing your item is also very important. Choose your words carefully when describing your listing. If you provide as many details as possible - including information that proves the authenticity of your item – will sure to go a long way in attracting potential customers.

However, be sure to include any scratches or marks the item may have. The pictures you take should convey this fact to the buyer. Let the buyers know how much it will be for shipping and insurance, which must be purchased in case the item gets lost or damaged once you ship it.

Choose Your Niche

Remember, in the long term you want to create a recurring income through a membership site – this means you need to choose a niche that you can see yourself being a voice of authority in. Take my advice and choose something you’re interested in.

Build Your List

Building your list sounds really hard but actually it’s pretty easy. You need to create what’s called a squeeze page – a squeeze page is a simple page that is designed to capture the names and email addresses of those people who visit your site.

This is a must. Build your subscriber list.

Not sure how to? Don’t worry – it’s easy. Like I said at the start of this article – I am talking concepts, not technicalities because technicalities are always easy to overcome, so we’ll go into how later.

Build A Relationship With Your Subscribers

People who know and trust you will be more inclined to buy from your web sites. FACT. You need to provide your subscribers with relevant and useful information that provides real value. This means no sales pitches for the first few weeks at least. You’re an expert in the field (even if you’re not, you should have done your research so that you’re more educated than the average person) and so you should be able to provide your subscribers with real value.

Only Then Do You Monetise Your List…

Once you’ve built a relationship with your list you can pitch your first product. The product must be excellent and it must genuinely help your subscribers by solving a problem.

Not sure what products are good and what are bad? Email the product vendor and ask for a review copy – he’ll usually be more than happy to send you the review copy as long as you can demonstrate your expertise in internet marketing (they’d be mad not to – you’ll be driving sales for them!).

At This Point You Start Looking At Product Creation

Once you really feel like you can add some value of your own to the niche that you’re in, you can start looking at creating products of your own. The powerful thing about product creation is that you can attract an army of affiliates to do the sales for you – this creates a snowball effect and is where you can start to make some really good money without doing a whole lot of work.

Finally, recurring income time…

Your final step – and by this stage you should already be earning a good amount online – you need to create a recurring income. This is where you start looking into building your own membership site.

It’s a heck of a lot of work, and so you may want to outsource some of your work, but once you can populate a membership site to a level that provides real value to your subscribers then you can start using your list to promote it.

If you can get 20 membership site sales per month every month then your recurring income can grow at $400 / month (assuming your membership site costs $20/month to join).

Furthermore, you’d then build an army of affiliates to drive traffic to your membership site and take home 50% of the income of those sales too.

This Is The Only Strategy You Need To Follow

Save your money – you don’t need to buy any more information products about online marketing because this is the high level strategy that you need to follow to create a long-term, profitable and secure online business.

I can tell you that I don't have the time or interest in trying to photoshop my screenshots.

Check Proof Videos: To further prove my earnings to others, I like to take videos of the checks that I receive in the mail from various sources. Not all of the websites that I work with provide actual paper checks, but when they do – I always record a video of the check. If you do the same, be sure and cover the personal information like you address, the check number and anything else you don’t want visible to the public. There are two primary checks that I have been video taping every month – my CashCrate check and my Google Adsense check.

You’re probably reading this because you want to know how to make a full-time income working from home – if so allow me to introduce you to internet marketing.

You can make a substantial amount of money simply selling other people’s products online. In some instances you don’t even need your own web site.

In fact, the process of making money through internet marketing is actually very easy, but like most things it’s a skill that needs to be learnt. It’s like a musical instrument – the more you practice, the better you’ll become.

That’s not to say that there aren’t any shortcuts you can take to fast track your progress. Here’s five of my top tips for making a full time living from home through affiliate marketing:-

1) Build a List
This is absolutely fundamental if you’re planning on creating a long term, stable business. You’ve probably heard it before but “the money is in the list”. Why? Because in effect your subscribers are assets that you can use to generate income at time you like – essentially it’s traffic on demand!

The top internet marketers out there with over a million people on their list can pretty much generate cash on demand. They just need to send a single promotional email out and a percentage of users are sure to buy the product. I recently met a guy at the World Internet Summit – each time he sent an email he’d expect to receive around $3,000 in sales.
How would you like earn $3,000 for sending one email?!

2) Market Research
This is hugely important – you can’t pitch to a crowd of people if you don’t understand them. I’d go as far to say that you can have the strongest sales pitch in the world, but if you are targeting the wrong audience then you’ll have little to no success.

The easiest way to get to know your audience is to hang out with them. Go into forums and speak to them, ask them questions, find out what their worries are and what problems they face. People purchase primarily on emotions even though they like to think they are purchasing through logic – so as a marketer you need to get under their skin!

3) Steady on Cowboy – One Niche At A Time!
Multiple revenue streams, yes. Multiple income streams, no. There is a big difference. If you’re in a niche and you’re making money from that niche then you should milk that niche for all it’s worth!

Where’s the sense in trading the benefits of a proven money-making niche and risking your time on other niches? Apart from anything else, when you’re marketing to one niche properly you shouldn’t have time for other niches.

If I threw 10 cricket balls at you then you’d probably catch none of them. If I threw one, however, you’d be more than likely to catch it!

That’s not to say that it’s not a good idea to diversify further down the line, but generally you should be at the point where you can outsource all the work in your original niche before setting up new campaigns.

4) People Are Starting To See Through Hype
Studies show that an overwhelming majority of the population are still very cautious when it comes to purchasing online for fear of being ripped off. By using ridiculous sales pitches with false promises you are putting yourself in grave danger of losing any credibility in the eyes of your prospects.

Take this example I just made up:

“I simply had to tell you something before I absolutely EXPLOAD.
